How big is Villa San Giacomo?
The interiors of the villa measure a total of 500m2, with a 350m2 terrace and a 100m2 garden.
How does the kitchen service work?
The villa’s chef is on duty 8 hours a day and cooks your breakfast and your choice of lunch and dinner, included in the rental cost. Ingredients and drinks are not included.
Is there a computer in the villa?
There’s a computer and an iPad. Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa.
Are utility costs included in the rate?
The consumption of water, gas, and electricity is included in the rate. Any calls made using the villa’s phone are not included and should be paid separately.
How do you reach the villa?
From the main street, Via Guglielmo Marconi, you can reach the villa on a public lift. The lift operates from 6.30 a.m. to midnight and brings you to right outside the villa’s garden gate, granting you almost stair-free access. Once in the garden, there’s a small set of 10 to 15 stairs that lead down to the swimming pool and the main floor.
Do you provide daily cleaning?
Housekeeping staff cleans the villa and changes sheets and towels each morning. A housekeeper is available from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Does the villa have a concierge?
A concierge is on duty at the villa 8 hours a day and can be contacted by phone 24/7.

During the high season, the villa is rented on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday. During the low season, shorter stays are possible, subject to availability. However, a minimum stay of one week is also preferred during the low season.
Do you have cots or baby beds?
Just let us know how old your children are and we’ll arrange suitable beds. A babysitting service is also available on request.
